The Yuvajana Vibhagam of Thripunithura Upasabha in association with Vanitha Vibhagam and Upasabha celebrated the New Year on 31st December 2013. Dr. Ganesan, Retired Principal, Chinmaya School, Thripunithura inaugurated. Dr. P. S. Raman (President, Thripunithura Upasabha), H. Vanchiswaran (District President, Yuvajana Vibhagam), Revathy Krishnan (President, Vanitha Vibhagam, Thripunithura Upasabha), N. Hariharan (Executive Member, Thripunithura Upasabha) were also present on the occasion. New Year Games, Variety Entertainments, DJ, Fire Works etc. added colour to the evening.
