The last State Committee of Kerala Brahmana Sabha held at Ernakulam nominated M. Vanchiswaran, R. Hariharaputhran and K. A. Narayanaswami of Ernakulam District to the State Committee for the period of 2011-2013. M. Vanchiswaran and K. A. Narayanaswami are nominated with five other members from other parts of Kerala. The other members are S. S. Iyer (Kottayam), Brinda Hariharan (Kozhikode), R. Balasubramaniam (Kollam), K. Krishna Iyer (Alapuzha) and R. Parameswaran (Thrissur). R. Hariharaputhran is the Special Invitee to the State Committee with charge of State Blog - www.kbskerala.blogspot.com. Also Kothandarama Iyer from Thiruvananthapuram has been nominated for Brahmasandesam. M. Vanchiswaran is Secretary of Kerala Brahmana Sabha, Ernakulam City Unit and R. Hariharaputhran is District Treasurer of Ernakulam District Committee.
