Adi Sankara Keerthi Sthambha Mandapam is celebrating the festival of Navarathri from 8th to 16th of October 2010 with various poojas and programmes. K. S. Venkiteswaran, Manager requested all the devotees to participate in all the programmes with their families and friends to obtain the blessings of the Devine Mother. Chandika Homam will be held on 14th of October 2010 at 7.00 a.m. The programme as follows.
The beginning of Sakthi worship can be tracd from back to the Vedic period itself. Devathas and Rishis from time immemorial worshiped the Vag - Godess of Speech and Saraswathi, the Godess of knowledge for attainng the supreme wisdom for the welfare of the entire humanity.
