Naveena Swayamvaram is a programme initiated by tamilbrahmins.com, an online community for the Brahmins spread across the globe to network and interact with one another on issues related to the development and well-being of the community.
A Brahmins Parents Meet of the boys and girls who wish to get married is proposed to be conducted on Sunday, the 11th of July 2010 at Lalith Mahal Kalyana Mandapam, Fort, Thiruvananthapuram. The programmes starts at 09.00 a. m. and will extended up to 04.00 p. m. The programme is open to all Brahmin sects like Tamil, Iyengar, Namboothiri, Telugu, Tulu and Kannada. A nominal registration fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for the boys and girls are registered for free. You may register online by visiting www.naveenaswayamvaram.com.
The first meet was held in November 2009 at Chennai followed by second meet at Bangalore in January 2010 and the third one at Coimbatore in April 2010. All the events were very well attended with over 1000 profiles being registered. Following the success of these events, it was decided to conduct one of its kinds at Thiruvananthapuram.
